Role Overview


  • Good understanding of double entries to take in invoices, suppliers’ bills and general journal
  • Full set of accounts and closing of accounts
  • Perform reconciliation between records and investigation on discrepancies
  • Preparation of accounts’ schedules
  • Quarterly GST filing
  • Perform simple analysis on financial statement for management reporting
  • Coordinate with external parties (e.g. auditor, tax agent, clients etc) to ensure timely completion of filing and reporting deadline
  • Assisting in HR/Payroll work
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.


  • Min Diploma / Degree in accounting / ACCA
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience
  • Entry-Level with a basic accounting background are welcome to apply and training provided
  • Independent, organized and meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Words
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
