Role Overview


  • Perform administrative duties and document processing
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers
  • Prepare payments and update payments & receipts into the system
  • Perform reconciliation between records and investigation on discrepancies.
  • Perform accounts payable and receivable function
  • Handle general accounting and admin duties
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.


  • O level/Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in accounting or any other field
  • Good organizational skill, logical thinking, and team player
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience
  • Extremely Independent, organized and meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Words
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Salary will be commensurate based on experience and qualification
